Created Issue: Page numbers are missing in PDF [8925]

Hi,
there are no page numbers in the PDF. Please create a head line or add the page number to the footer. This makes it much easier when printing the tutorial.

Created Issue: When start project will automatically just to Error.aspx [8141]

As I can see this is the old issue. Is anyone going to fix this? Or I can just remove that line and can I check in then?

}

Inner Exception in null sometime.

Also in Error.aspx need to check InnerErr query string parameter.
